Petitions are allowed to be posted with a poll under the "site feedback" topic. Post with a poll to receive voters for your petition.

Petitions can only be about:

-Removal of a Forum Rule
-Proposal of a New Forum Rule.
-Proposal for a new topic.

Anything else will need permission from an ADMINISTRATOR.
